Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Tuesday, October 22, 2019 - 7:00 PM

Seymour-Hannah Sports and Entertainment Centre - Meridian Room

All registered members of St Catharines Minor Lacrosse Association are invited and encouraged to attend our AGM.

The AGM will include voting on the 2019-2020 Board of Directors.

The following positions are up for election this year:

Vice President

Secretary

Registrar

Director of Boys Field

Director of Promotions/Sponsorship

Director of Houseleague

Director of Website/Publicity

You must be on time and signed in if you wish to vote on Board of Directors positions.

Nominations may be made in advance for any position and submitted in writing via email to sallah@hamdani.ca prior to October 20, 2019. Please include the name of the individual being nominated and for which position.

Nominations will also be accepted on the floor.
