SOFT LACROSSE

The cutest game on two feet!

Our Soft Lacrosse program is a fun, low-cost introduction to Canada’s National Summer Sport—designed especially for our youngest athletes, aged 3 and 4.

Over the course of 10 playful weeks, little ones in St. Catharines learn the building blocks of lacrosse: how to cradle, scoop, pass, shoot—and maybe even catch!

Each season, we’re proud to welcome a whole new group of future stars (and their families) to the Athletics community.

REGISTRATION FEE: $50

  • Players turning 3 and 4-years-old in the current playing year are eligible for Soft Lacrosse

  • This is a 10 week program that concludes with a season ending “Fun Day”

    NOTE: This program is called Box Soft Lacrosse in the Registration Portal.

  • Saturday Mornings in May-July

  • Soft Lacrosse is No Contact. The only required equipment is:

    • Helmet with cage

    • Gloves

    • Lacrosse stick

    • Running shoes
